LUNCH - Lean Pocket and Low Fat Vanilla Pudding

SNACK - 100 Calorie Pack of Almonds

DINNER - Ravioli

EXERCISE - none because I am going to relax on New Year's Eve

Ello Loves :)

Today was sub par.

BREAKFAST - Honey Nut Cheerios with Skim Milk

LUNCH - Chicken Salad and Apple Slices

SNACK - Low Fat Vanilla Pudding

DINNER - Tamales

DESERT - 1 Scoop of Low Fat Ice Cream

EXERCISE - 15 minutes on the Tread Climber, 20 reps of 5 different Arm Exercises and 25 Crunches
(don't want to over-work any one area)

Hello Everyone!:)
Today, I did fairly well as far as food.

BREAKFAST - Frosted Mini Wheats (serving size) with Skim Milk

LUNCH - Ham&Cheese Lean Hot Pocket, 90 Calorie Apple Slices with Yogurt Dip

SNACK - 100 Calorie Vanilla Pudding

DINNER - Eggplant Parmesan

EXERCISE - none today, only because I did 30 minutes on the tread climber on Monday and Tuesday

The Beginning

Okay Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the year that we will all ban together and metaphorically march, hand in hand, and take the challenge to be healthier and happier people. Time has come and gone way to fast again and most of us are wondering where the last year of our lives went and why the scale is being mean to you. No darlings, the scale isn't lying to you (unless its broken). Year after year, I have told myself, "Brittny, this is the year you will drop the weight and be healthier." But, after a month or two, I get discouraged and the sweets and junk start screaming my name. There is no way I am going to let myself be conquered again. I will triumph. I will succeed. I am beautiful, but it's time to face the facts. I am not healthy.

So how is this going to work? Well, I will put up daily posts of what I ate, and what I did for exercise that day. The reason why I am going to post what I eat daily is because, if I know that all of you are reading what I am eating, I would be embarassed to tell you that I sat down with a tub of ice cream and let Gluttony take the reins. Moving on, Fridays will consist of a daily post and a post of a weight loss or health tip. Saturdays will be daily posts and a healthy recipe. Sundays will be a daily post and my weigh in for the week.

With all of that said, I hope that you all will join me on this journey, weather you need support, or just want to make some friends, or are just interested in the tips. Welcome to the journey, whatever your reasoning. Follow and enjoy.
