Hello Everyone!:)
Today, I did fairly well as far as food.

BREAKFAST - Frosted Mini Wheats (serving size) with Skim Milk

LUNCH - Ham&Cheese Lean Hot Pocket, 90 Calorie Apple Slices with Yogurt Dip

SNACK - 100 Calorie Vanilla Pudding

DINNER - Eggplant Parmesan

EXERCISE - none today, only because I did 30 minutes on the tread climber on Monday and Tuesday
