1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!
Come on people, this one is a no brainer! 70% of the Earth is covered in water! Your body is made up of about 60% water. Every system in your body depends on. . .WATER! Water gets rid of the toxins in your body by flushing them out. Everyday your body is continualy losing water through sweat, urinne, etc. The typical amount that is recommended is eight 8-ounce glasses of water. That is 64 oz. a day!


2. TAKE THINGS AWAY GRADUALLY!!!
If you try to cut out fats, sugars, sodas, etc. all in one shot, you are going to feel deprived and most likely going to cheat. DON'T! All you need to do is take it one step at a time. First cut out sodas. Then the next week cut out sugars. Then cut out your bad fats. Keep this up till you're only eating healthy things.

3. DO NOT EXPECT INSTANT RESULTS!!!
If you try to get the best results as quick as possible, you will set yourself up for failure. Take things slow. Tell yourself that you will get there ONE DAY AT A TIME!
