I have not too many reasonable excuses for my lack of posts on this blog except for the fact that I got really busy/lazy. I am now back at home in NC after 5 long weeks in Florida and I am ready to commit myself to this new lifestyle change. Starting tomorrow I will be posting my daily blogs again! Again, I appologize for being MIA!

WEIGH-IN #1
Ok ladies and gentlemen. . .you've seen what I've been eating and what I've been doing for almost the whole first week of my lifestyle change, and I have had a few guilty moments here and there, but its okay because I still lost weight this week! I exercised five times this week! I think thats pretty damn good if I do say so myself. Drum roll please. . . . I LOST 3 LBS!!! Thats a healthy weight loss for one week. My goal for next week is also going to be 3 lbs. Have a wonderful Sunday!!

Ahh, the first day of the new year. . .
BREAKFAST - 2 scrambled eggs
LUNCH - Chicken sandwich
SNACK - 100 calorie almond pack
DINNER - Salad with light Ranch dressing and 2 boiled eggs
EXERCISE - 30 minutes on the Tread Climber, 25 crunches and 10 reps of 5 different arm movements with 5 lbs weights, and 20 Jack Knifes
