Ahh, the first day of the new year. . .

BREAKFAST - 2 scrambled eggs

LUNCH - Chicken sandwich

SNACK - 100 calorie almond pack

DINNER - Salad with light Ranch dressing and 2 boiled eggs

EXERCISE - 30 minutes on the Tread Climber, 25 crunches and 10 reps of 5 different arm movements with 5 lbs weights, and 20 Jack Knifes
